This is the somewhat complete Fist of the North Star manga. It's the ridiculously brutal saga of Ken, successor of the Hokuto Shinken or Divine Fist of the North Star martial arts. What I remembered from the old anime movie was this guy wandering around the post apocalyptic desert making people explode and that the ending made absolutely no sense. In some mad need for closure, I read the complete series (well two chapters are missing but who cares). So spoiler alert,it's fucking terrible. I am pretty sure that if you read the whole thing that it hits a pressure point in your brain that causes it to explode. The good news is that at least you will be dead and no long suffering that god awful dreck.
